It was fantastic to see so many members and supporters at our annual Finals Day on Saturday. The tennis was high quality, enjoyable to watch and played in a lovely spirit of friendly competition, and everyone was sustained by our fantastic barbecue chef. Thank you to everyone who brought a dish or helped organise the event. The results were:
- Ladies' Singles: Louise Field beat Stephanie Lee 6-2 6-3
- Mens' Singles: Aaron Hotfelder beat Sean Fynn 6-4 6-7(6) [10-7]
- Ladies' Doubles: Stephanie Lee & Sarah Lawrence-Taylor beat Handan Erek & Mojca Gabrovsek 6-1 6-3
- Mens' Doubles: Kenneth Chan & Aaron Hotfelder beat Jim Collins & Sam West 6-4 6-1
- Mixed Doubles: Sarah Lawrence-Taylor & Ed Frain beat Alison Easton & Brendan Smyth 6-2 6-4
