Update: The LTA have resolved the problem and members can now affiliate to Raynes Park Residents LTC online for free.

We have been made aware that there is currently a problem with the LTA website which makes it impossible to sign up as a new British Tennis Member affiliated to RPRLTC. The LTA are working to rectify their systems and we will update this post when they have confirmed that sign ups for our members are working again.

9th Feb: The LTA have offered no estimate as to when the problem might be resolved so we can only recommend at this time that members call the LTA Wimbledon Ballot team on 0208 487 7000 and ask them to enroll you manually.

For the last few years the LTA have moved to allocating Wimbledon tickets only to those Club Members who tell the LTA directly via website or phone that they wish to be included in the ballot. You have just 9 days to make sure you are counted for the 2017 ballot! Even if you are not able to attend the Championships this year, should you be lucky enough to win, please do consider opting in anyway because the overall number of tickets allocated to the club is based only on the number of opted-in members and so it increases the chances of another member being able to attend.

If you are already a British Tennis Member (BTM) then you can opt-in at by visiting the members area (you must do this every year). If you are a parent or guardian for a junior member then you must also repeat the process for each child.

If you are not already a BTM affiliated with our club then to opt-in you must:

1. register for British Tennis CLUB Membership (it is free)
2. choose Raynes Park Residents LTC as your affiliated venue
3. once registered, visit the members area and opt-in

If you are experiencing difficulties registering or opting-in then you can also contact the ballot administration team by emailing wimbledonballot@lta.org.uk or by calling the team on 0208 487 7000 and selecting option 1.

Remember the deadline is 17th February 2017 so don't delay!
